No scary bars or grates here. Through collaboration and design we were able to provide a lovely alternative to traditional security options that was both functional and stylish.
We started off with hot rolled steel. Then, we cut the design provided for us by our client. Since the screens were going to be installed outside, we had to make sure they would be able to resist the weather and stand up to the elements. Rust was a major concern, not only to preserve the look of the screens, but also to protect the building they would be installed on. After some discussion with the Architect and General Contractor we came up with a solution; powder coating. They look great and stand up to the elements too.
