Sometimes we think that teaching only goes on in the classroom. Not at Edmond’s Centennial Elementary School. The corridors are full of teaching opportunities. Do you know what the state bird of Oklahoma is? How about the state flower? Oklahoma has a state logo that is proudly displayed in the lobby of the school. The cafeteria has a state map in VCT with each of the counties waterjet cut.
Teaching goes on in every inch of this school. The way it should be.
